Its culture emphasizes customer-centric service, organizational effectiveness, and delivering a high-quality experience at every stage of the business journey.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker will provide end-to-end guidance to Russian-speaking clients on setting up and expanding their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves conducting client consultations, understanding business requirements, and recommending appropriate company structures, licensing options, and jurisdictions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government authorities and banks, and supporting clients with PRO, visa, and regulatory processes. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate banking, finance, and compliance-related services, while ensuring clear communication in both Russian and English. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, providing regular progress updates, and contributing to a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret regulatory requirements, and develop suitable business setup strategies.Candidates should possess solid Consulting and Management Consulting skills to advise clients on company structures, market entry, and long-term growth plans.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English, for client-facing discussions, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand banking products, trade finance, and commercial financing options relevant to business setup.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred.Experience in business setup consulting, corporate services, or UAE company formation is highly beneficial.Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and onshore/offshore structures is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously are desirable.
