Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Location: UAEArabic Speaking is essential We are exclusively partnering with a large, established group in the UAE to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a highly confidential senior leadership position.This is a significant executive opportunity offering substantial autonomy, strategic influence and full ownership of the marketing function within a major business.The successful candidate will lead the overall marketing strategy, combining brand leadership, communications, digital innovation and performance marketing to drive commercial growth.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organisation's commercial objectives.Lead brand positioning, corporate communications, digital marketing and performance marketing.Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.Oversee large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable commercial impact and return on investment.Lead digital growth strategies, optimising acquisition channels, conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.Partner closely with executive leadership to support business growth and strategic priorities.Manage significant marketing budgets, agency relationships and high-performing teams.Build and lead a best-in-class marketing function with a strong focus on performance, innovation and accountability.Candidate RequirementsExtensive senior marketing leadership experience within a large, complex organisation or major regional group.Fluent Arabic and English are essential.Proven leadership experience across both brand and communications, alongside digital and performance marketing.Strong commercial understanding with a demonstrated track record of driving customer acquisition and measurable business growth.Experience managing substantial marketing budgets, large teams and multiple stakeholders.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest organisational levels.Regional experience across the GCC or wider MENA region is highly desirable.Extremely competitive salary
