‏⁦إعلان وظيفة: رئيس جيولوجيين / مدير استكشاف وتطوير أعمال تعدينيةالتخصص: الذهب والمعادن الأساسيةعن الشركةنحن شركة استثمار وتعدين تسعى إلى بناء محفظة من المشاريع الواعدة في قطاع الذهب والمعادن الأساسية في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. نعمل حاليًا على تقييم الفرص واختيار المواقع قبل التقدم بطلبات رخص الاستكشاف أو الدخول في شراكات، ونبحث عن خبير جيولوجي لقيادة التقييم الفني ودعم قرارات الاستثمار.الهدف من الوظيفةقيادة التقييم الفني والجيولوجي للفرص التعدينية ومناطق الامتياز المقترحة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وجمهورية مصر العربية، وجمهورية النيجر وتقديم المشورة للإدارة العليا بشأن شراء البيانات، واختيار المربعات التعدينية، وتحديد أولويات الاستثمار والاستكشاف.المهام والمسؤوليات

• قيادة أعمال الاستكشاف التوليدي وتحديد المناطق والأهداف الواعدة للذهب والمعادن الأساسية.
• إجراء الدراسات المكتبية وتحليل الخرائط الجيولوجية وبيانات الاستشعار عن بُعد والمسوح الجيوفيزيائية والبيانات التاريخية.
• تنفيذ العناية الواجبة الفنية للفرص المعروضة للشراكة أو الاستحواذ، والتحقق من جودة البيانات والمؤشرات الجيولوجية.
• إعداد برامج العمل الفنية والميزانيات المتوافقة مع متطلبات طلبات رخص الاستكشاف والمزايدات.
• التخطيط للزيارات الميدانية والإشراف عليها، وتصميم برامج أخذ العينات والتحليل مع تطبيق إجراءات ضمان وضبط الجودة.
• التنسيق مع المختبرات المستقلة ومقدمي الخدمات الفنية والجهات ذات الصلة.
• إعداد تقارير وتوصيات واضحة للمقارنة بين الفرص وتحديد أولويات الاستمرار أو الاستبعاد.
• دعم بناء قاعدة بيانات جيولوجية ومحفظة فرص للشركة في الدول الثلاث.المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الجيولوجيا أو الجيولوجيا الاقتصادية، أو تخصص ذي صلة مع خبرة قوية في الاستكشاف.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في استكشاف الذهب والمعادن الأساسية، ويفضل خمس عشرة سنة أو أكثر.
• سجل مثبت في توليد الأهداف واختيار المواقع وتطوير المشاريع الاستكشافية.
• معرفة جيولوجية بالدرع العربي النوبي في السعودية ومصر، والمناطق المعدنية الواعدة في النيجر.
• إجادة استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وبرامج تحليل وتفسير البيانات الجيولوجية.
• إلمام بمعايير الإفصاح والتقارير الفنية الدولية، بما فيها JORC وNI 43-101.
• القدرة على الجمع بين العمل المكتبي والتحليل الفني والزيارات الميدانية والسفر الدولي وفق متطلبات المشاريع.
• إجادة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، وتُعد الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.

We are currently evaluating opportunities and selecting prospective areas before applying for exploration licences or entering partnerships, and are seeking an experienced geological leader to guide technical assessments and support investment decisions.Role PurposeLead the technical and geological evaluation of mining opportunities and proposed licence areas in **Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Niger**, advising senior management on data acquisition, block selection, and investment and exploration priorities.Key Responsibilities
• Lead generative exploration and identify prospective areas and targets for gold and base metals.
• Conduct desktop studies and interpret geological maps, remote sensing, geophysical surveys, and historical exploration data.
• Perform technical due diligence on potential joint ventures and acquisitions, verifying the quality of geological data and supporting evidence.
• Prepare technical work programmes and budgets aligned with exploration licence applications and competitive bidding requirements.
• Plan and oversee field visits, and design sampling and assaying programmes with appropriate quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with independent laboratories, technical service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver clear technical reports and recommendations to rank opportunities and support decisions to advance or discontinue evaluation.
• Support the development of the company’s geological database and opportunity portfolio across the three target countries.Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related discipline supported by substantial exploration experience.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in gold and base metals exploration; 15 years or more is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in target generation, area selection, and exploration project advancement.
• Geological knowledge of the Arabian-Nubian Shield in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and prospective mineral districts in Niger.
• Proficiency in GIS and geological data interpretation software.
• Familiarity with international technical reporting and disclosure frameworks, including JORC and NI 43-101.
• Ability to combine office-based analysis with field assignments and international travel as projects require.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Ability to provide independent, objective recommendations to senior management.Benefits & Compensation
