Role Description The Director at Nawa 360 is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the organization, ensuring that educational programs and services align with Nawa 360’s mission as a launchpad for learners. Responsibilities include managing and developing staff, setting and tracking performance goals, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, and maintaining high standards for program quality and learner outcomes. The Director collaborates with internal teams and external partners, strengthens community and stakeholder relationships, and drives continuous improvement across academic, administrative, and support functions. The role also involves monitoring key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for learners and team members.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and management experience in education, training, or a mission-driven organization.Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills to guide programs and operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, learners, families, and external partners.Proven ability to oversee budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.Experience building and leading diverse, inclusive teams and nurturing a collaborative culture.Ability to operate effectively in an on-site setting in Cairo, Egypt, with strong local cultural awareness.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Background in innovative or learner-centered education models is highly beneficial.
