Facade Design Coordination Manager

Hiring: Design Coordination Manager – FacadeJob Location: Project Site Office, UAERole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Design Coordination Manager – Façade to manage façade design coordination for building projects. The role focuses on coordinating with architects, consultants, other project stakeholders, and the company's in-house design team to ensure that design requirements, technical information, and revisions are accurately communicated and effectively implemented.This is a coordination-focused position. The successful candidate is not required to produce façade designs independently but must have strong technical knowledge of façade systems and design processes.The company is currently undertaking multiple façade projects across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and RAK, with the majority located in Dubai. The project portfolio includes a variety of developments, such as high-rise towers, villas, townhouses, and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Façade Design Coordination: Independently manage façade design coordination for assigned projects, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of design-related matters.Architect & Consultant Liaison: Communicate effectively with architects and consultants, organise coordination meetings, clarify technical requirements, and follow up on outstanding comments and actions.Interface Coordination: Coordinate façade design interfaces with other contractors and disciplines to identify and resolve potential clashes or coordination issues.In-house Design Team Coordination: Act as the key communication link between external project stakeholders and the in-house design team, ensuring that design requirements, consultant comments, technical information, and revisions are accurately relayed and followed up.Programme & Commercial Awareness: Proactively identify and follow up on design-related matters that may affect project schedules, costs, or commercial outcomes.BIM Coordination: Have a working knowledge of BIM software and coordinate BIM-related activities to support design coordination and interface management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.At least 5 years of façade design experience, including independently managing façade design coordination for projects.Experience with office and residential building projects.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Solid technical understanding of façade systems and design processes.Commercial awareness and the ability to manage design issues affecting project timelines and costs.Working knowledge of BIM software and the ability to coordinate BIM-related activities.Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month.Working Schedule: 6 days per week, according to project requirements.For application, please send CV to: yilin@cloudninehrc.comThank you.
