Facilities Management (FM) Officer

We’re Hiring: FM Officer | Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Management (FM) Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of commercial facilities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety systems.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Manage FM contractors, technicians, cleaning teams, and other service providers.Handle tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and service-related issues.Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Maintain maintenance records, work orders, asset registers, and operational reports.Monitor contractor performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance costs.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.Good knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and health and safety procedures.Experience in contractor coordination and tenant relationship management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAFM/CMMS knowledge is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
