The company offers an end-to-end service model, from concept through handover, to provide clients with confidence and peace of mind.Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overall leadership and performance of Khansaheb Bespoke Contracting. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including project delivery, resource planning, budgeting, and quality assurance for luxury villa and fit-out projects. The General Manager leads and develops multidisciplinary teams, sets performance targets, and ensures that projects meet client expectations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers, as well as identifying growth opportunities and driving business development initiatives. The General Manager also monitors financial performance, manages risk, and implements process improvements to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with experience guiding cross-functional project teams.Proven expertise in construction or contracting operations, including project management, planning, and delivery of high-end residential or fit-out projects.Financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.Client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Several years of senior management experience in construction, contracting, or real estate development, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.Proficiency in project management and business productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or construction management software is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
