Role OverviewAs a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all club facilities, including guest areas, locker rooms, public lounges, and recreational spaces. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and understands the discretion and premium hospitality required in an exclusive private club setting.Key ResponsibilitiesImmaculate Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of assigned guest areas, public spaces, restrooms, and locker rooms according to strict luxury standards.Linen & Amenity Management: Handle and restock linens, towels, and guest amenities promptly and efficiently, ensuring trolleys and storage areas are kept organized.Inspection & Reporting: Inspect facilities regularly for any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards, reporting them immediately to the maintenance team.Lost and Found: Strictly follow standard operating procedures for logging, securing, and handling any items left behind by members or guests.Member & Guest Service: Provide a warm, courteous, and professional greeting to members and visitors, handling any requests with discretion and grace.Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing appropriate PPE.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end residential setting.Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a rigorous standard of cleanliness and presentation.Communication Skills: Good command of English (verbal); ability to understand instructions and interact politely with members and colleagues. Multilingual skills are an advantage.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle standard housekeeping duties throughout the shift.Professional Demeanor: Discretion, trustworthiness, and a customer-first attitude suited for an exclusive private club environment.
