Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our growing Forex brokerage company in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment, developing HR policies, and supporting the company's organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.Source and recruit qualified professionals within the Forex brokerage industry.Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Previous HR experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry is mandatory.Minimum 3–5 years of professional HR experience.Proven experience recruiting Forex brokerage professionals.Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience establishing HR processes and procedures is an advantage.IMPORTANT: Candidates without prior HR experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry will not be considered.
