Team members join a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and delivering high-value engineering outcomes.Role Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to manage HVAC design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site execution while ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and industry standards.Responsibilities Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and project requirements for high-rise building projects.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.Supervise HVAC installation works including:Chilled water systemsVRF/VRV systemsAHU, FCU, FAHU, and ventilation systemsDucting and piping worksPumps, valves, and associated HVAC equipmentPrepare and review HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.Ensure HVAC works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and progress.Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and architectural requirements.Review and resolve technical issues, RFIs, and site-related challenges.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing when required.Assist in testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), and commissioning activities.Prepare inspection requests, method statements, and work completion reports.Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and international HVAC standards.Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3–8 years of experience in HVAC systems within MEP contracting companies.Experience in high-rise buildings, residential towers, hotels, or commercial projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning.Familiarity with:AutoCADRevit MEP (preferred)HVAC design softwareMS Office applicationsKnowledge of UAE MEP standards and authority requirements.Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
