HVAC Site Engineer

A dedicated and experienced HVAC Site Engineer is needed to join our construction team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to deliver efficient and effective HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, calculate, and specify HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designsPrepare detailed HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using BIM and CAD softwareConduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipmentPerform troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure system performance and reliabilityEnsure HVAC systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulationsCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and optimize system performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering, preferably in the construction industry in UAEProficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAPSound knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulations is preferredFluency in English; additional languages are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaryOfficial UAE employment statusComprehensive medical insurance coverage
