You’ll be at the forefront of implementing innovative technology solutions, enhancing business processes, and ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, and services support the company’s strategic priorities and regional growth.Things you will be doing an Information Technology ManagerDevelop and execute the regional IT strategy in alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.Drive process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen compliance.Lead major technology transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and secondary sales automation.Drive digital transformation across Customer Development and Supply Chain functions by enhancing IT capabilities, processes, and tools.Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure effective implementation, integration, and adoption of technology solutions.Provide technical guidance on application architecture, system integrations, and technology best practices.Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems and platforms.Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, data analytics, and AI to improve business performance.Manage regional IT vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure effective service delivery.Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation, process optimization, and system enhancements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.Support cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and service delivery requirements across the region.What Are We Looking For in You?Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of relevant experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a similar role.Proven experience in delivering enterprise technology solutions, particularly ERP implementations and secondary sales automation.Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and application architecture.Experience in software development and process automation.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.Experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology service delivery.Familiarity with emerging technologies, data analytics, and AI applications.Strong vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.Understanding of local regulatory requirements and technology compliance.
