Joinery Production Supervisor

K4 Group is looking for experienced Joinery Production Supervisors to oversee daily factory operations and ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily joinery production, including cutting, edge banding, CNC operations, assembly, spraying, and finishing.Allocate daily tasks to carpenters and machine operators according to production plans.Read and interpret approved shop drawings and prepare/review cutting lists.Monitor production progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity, reporting delays to the Production In-Charge.Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve defects before dispatch.Ensure efficient material usage and minimise wastage.Enforce workshop safety standards, housekeeping, and routine machine maintenance.Qualifications & Requirements6–8 years of experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a Foreman or Production Supervisor role.Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, including cutting, edge banding, CNC operations, assembly, spraying, and finishing.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists.Hands-on knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, and solid wood, along with various finishes.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to manage daily production activities, maintain quality standards, minimise material wastage, and meet production deadlines.Good understanding of workshop safety, housekeeping, and machine maintenance practices.What We OfferOpportunity to work with an experienced and collaborative team.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Exposure to diverse joinery and furniture manufacturing projects.Supportive and positive working environment.Company benefits as per policy.
