JUNIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Joining NH Management offers exposure to dynamic markets and the opportunity to contribute to impactful business solutions.NH Management is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of the company's marketing and communications activities.The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience with excellent written English, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. B2B marketing experience is an advantage. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple areas of digital marketing, including content, social media, email marketing, website management, basic SEO, reporting and day-to-day design using Canva. Previous UAE marketing experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media

• Support the execution of the company's B2B content and social media activities.
• Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and publishing across relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update the marketing content calendar.
• Draft, edit and proofread social media copy, website content, email communications and other marketing materials.
• Repurpose existing content across different digital channels and formats.
• Ensure published content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the company's brand and tone of voice.Design & Marketing Materials
• Create and adapt day-to-day social media posts and marketing assets in Canva using existing brand templates and guidelines.
• Make basic layout, copy and visual adjustments to existing templates while maintaining brand consistency.
• Resize and reformat creative assets for different digital platforms where required.
• Coordinate with external designers and other creative vendors for more specialised marketing materials.Email Marketing & CRM
• Support the creation, formatting, testing and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with audience segmentation, contact management and maintenance of marketing databases.
• Support the management of subscriber lists and other routine CRM-related marketing activities.Website & SEO
• Upload and format articles, insights and other content on the company website.
• Support basic on-page SEO activities, including metadata, internal linking, image optimisation and content formatting.
• Assist with routine website content updates and coordinate with developers where technical support is required.Analytics & Reporting
• Collect and organise marketing performance data across website, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and summaries.
• Identify basic trends and observations from campaign and channel performance.
• Maintain marketing trackers and reporting documentation.Marketing Coordination
• Conduct competitor, industry and content research to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with marketing requirements for events, partnerships and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, developers and other external vendors to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain organised marketing files, assets and documentation.
• Support other marketing and communications activities as required.Requirements
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing, digital marketing or communications experience.
• B2B marketing experience preferred, particularly within professional services, financial services, consulting, corporate services or a similar environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Working proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills, with the ability to create and adapt marketing assets using existing templates.
• Good visual judgement and ability to maintain consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and prepare clear reports.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, content management systems and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Previous marketing experience in the UAE is preferred, with an understanding of the local business environment considered an advantage.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and resourceful, with a strong willingness to take ownership of their work. The successful candidate should be comfortable receiving a brief, understanding what needs to be done and carrying the task through to completion with minimal supervision, while knowing when to seek clarification or guidance. They should be a strong communicator with good attention to detail and be comfortable working within a B2B environment where marketing often involves translating complex topics into clear, professional and engaging content. As part of a small marketing function, the candidate should also be comfortable working across different areas of marketing rather than specialising in only one discipline.
