Your role involves coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of MEP systems within project timelines and budget.Key Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate MEP design and engineering activities with design teams and consultants.
• Procure materials and equipment for MEP systems in coordination with procurement teams.
• Supervise MEP installation activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks related to MEP systems.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on MEP activities.
• Resolve conflicts or disputes related to MEP design, installation, or performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems.Internal Relationships: Construction Manager, Project Director, Design Teams, Procurement Teams.External Relationships: Subcontractors, Suppliers, Consultants.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 8 years of MEP experience, including 3 to 4 years in a managerial roleFit-out experience is mandatory, with hands-on management of several MEP fit-out projects in the UAEExperience obtaining approvals from UAE authorities (DEWA, Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality)Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm and ELV systemsProficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project or PrimaveraPMP certification is an advantage
