MT5 Administrator Roseva FX | Dubai, UAE | Full-time, on-siteAbout the roleRoseva FX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MT5 Administrator to join our growing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform, ensuring its stability, security, and seamless operation.As a key member of our technical operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our trading infrastructure, supporting daily brokerage operations, and collaborating with internal departments and liquidity providers.We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.Previous hands-on experience administering MT5 within a Forex/CFD brokerage is mandatory.Key Responsibilities MT5 Platform AdministrationInstall, configure, administer, and maintain MT5 servers, trading applications, plug-ins, and related infrastructure.Manage MT5 platform configurations, trading instruments, symbol settings, trading groups, and system parameters.Monitor platform performance, stability, connectivity, and overall system availability.Perform system upgrades, scheduled maintenance, performance testing, and troubleshooting.Ensure the accurate configuration and availability of market data and price feeds.Technical Support & System MaintenanceIdentify, investigate, and resolve platform-related technical issues promptly.Provide technical and operational support to internal departments.Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.Coordinate with relevant technical teams and service providers to ensure uninterrupted platform operations.Support system security, backup procedures, and business continuity processes.Trading Operations & Liquidity Provider CoordinationCoordinate with liquidity providers regarding trading connectivity, pricing feeds, and technical integration.Monitor trading activity, system connectivity, and platform performance.Support the monitoring and reconciliation of trading volumes and exposure in coordination with the dealing and risk management teams.Assist in resolving trade execution issues, pricing discrepancies, and platform-related incidents.Reporting & Internal CoordinationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and technical reports.Collaborate closely with the Dealing, Risk Management, Back Office, and IT departments.Provide regular updates to senior management regarding platform performance, incidents, and operational improvements.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.Requirements & QualificationsMandatory RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in MT5 administration or a similar trading platform administration role.Previous hands-on MT5 administration experience within a Forex/CFD brokerage is strictly mandatory.Strong technical knowledge of the MetaTrader 5 platform, including server administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Experience managing trading instruments, symbols, groups, pricing feeds, and platform settings.Familiarity with liquidity provider connectivity, trading infrastructure, and brokerage operations.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Education & Additional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience with other margin trading platforms is an advantage.Knowledge of databases, cloud technologies, and trading infrastructure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical reporting tools.Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems is an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to join a growing Forex and CFD brokerage company.A professional and collaborative working environment.Exposure to advanced trading technologies and brokerage operations.Opportunities for professional growth and technical development.Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
