Plumbing Site Engineer

Mira Construction L.L.C is seeking a qualified and experienced Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of plumbing systems in various construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and review plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage disposal systemsPrepare detailed shop drawings, plans, and specifications for plumbing systemsCoordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP engineers to ensure integration of plumbing systemsConduct site inspections to ensure plumbing installations conform to design specifications and quality standardsEnsure compliance with local codes, regulations (such as Dubai Municipality standards), and best industry practicesResolve technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phaseCollaborate with contractors and suppliers regarding materials and equipmentPrepare reports and technical documentation related to plumbing systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience specifically in plumbing design and engineering in construction projects in UAEStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, NFPA)Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for plumbing designExperience with plumbing calculation software and hydraulic modeling is preferredAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits Competitive salary Official UAE employment status Comprehensive medical insurance coverage
