PM Manager/Director – Middle East Projects

Base Location: Dubai / Saudi Arabia / Turkey / Uzbekistan / EgyptJob DescriptionProject Management: Responsible for end-to-end project management of energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa — from opportunity initiation, customer requirement clarification, solution preparation, and bidding, through commercial negotiation to contract signing. Develop project plans and drive key milestones to completion on schedule.Bid & Solution Coordination: Manage RFI, RFQ, RFP and large-scale project bidding processes; coordinate Sales, Technical, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver technical proposals, pricing, delivery plans, contract deviation analyses, and project risk assessments.Customer Requirement Management: Understand the technical, commercial, delivery, grid-connection, performance guarantee, localization, and after-sales requirements of customers, owners, and EPC contractors; establish requirement and clarification lists and track them through to closure.Risk & Internal Coordination: Identify project risks relating to technology, cost, pricing, delivery, certification, grid connection, bank guarantees, and contractual liabilities; organize internal working sessions and management-level decision-making to drive timely issue resolution.Customer Communication: Participate in customer technical meetings, workshops, clarification meetings, and commercial negotiations; serve as the primary pre-sales project coordination window, ensuring accurate transmission of customer requirements and internal solutions.Project Handover: Upon contract signing, organize handover to the project execution team, including full transfer of contract requirements, technical solutions, customer commitments, project progress, risks, and open items.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, or Project Management preferred.Experience: 5+ years in renewable energy, power, energy storage, or EPC industries; experience in pre-sales, bidding, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects preferred.Technical Expertise: Familiar with the basic composition and key technical specifications of large-scale energy storage systems, including battery cabinets, PCS, BMS, EMS, grid connection, RTE (Round-Trip Efficiency), and Availability; able to understand customer technical specifications and key project risks.Project Capability: Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; able to advance multiple large projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving.Language & Communication: Fluent English, able to independently chair customer and internal project meetings; strong English reporting, meeting minutes, and project presentation skills.Travel/Relocation: Willing to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, and to travel across the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa.
