We are having a job opportunity for the Project Director for the Dubai locationJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Director with 25–30 years of experience in large-scale road and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead overall project delivery, execution strategy, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and coordination with RTA authorities to ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall execution and delivery of major RTA road and infrastructure projects.Oversee project planning, construction, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.Manage project budgets, cost control, profitability, cash flow, and contractual obligations.Maintain strong relationships with RTA authorities, clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, resolve critical execution challenges, and ensure timely completion.Lead project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure compliance with RTA standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.Ensure successful project handover and achievement of project objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical,Electrical Engineering.25–30 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure project management.Extensive experience in RTA projects in Dubai is highly preferred, ideally mandatory.Proven track record of directing large-scale road and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of RTA standards, procedures, and project approval requirements.
