Project Manager – Customer Experience (Construction Digitization) About the RoleWe're looking for a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from kickoff through go-live and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of digital transformation projects (ERP, project controls, construction management platforms) for construction companiesAct as the main point of contact for clients and manage expectations, communication and satisfactionDefine scope, plans, budgets and timelines, and track delivery against themCoordinate internal teams, technology partners and client stakeholdersDrive user adoption through change management, training and post-go-live supportIdentify risks early and escalate with clear mitigation plansReport progress to senior client and internal leadershipRequirements10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation (e.g., ERP implementation for construction companies)Proven client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder programsStrong understanding of construction workflows such as project controls, procurement, cost and document managementArabic speaker (mandatory)Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory)Current UAE resident (mandatory)PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferredExperience with platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore or Aconex is a plusWhat We OfferA senior role on high-impact regional transformation programsCompetitive package based on experienceReady to lead the future of construction?
