Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Project Manager – Construction & Contracting to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil and commercial construction projects in Dubai, UAE. Operating on the contractor side, you will manage day-to-day site operations, administer FIDIC-based main contracts, and ensure that all delivery milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest local safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & PlanningLead construction projects seamlessly from contract award through site execution, handover, and final snagging.Develop and maintain comprehensive project master programmes utilizing Primavera P6 or MS Project.Coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams, engineering staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers.Commercial & Contract AdministrationAdminister main contracts under standard FIDIC Conditions of Contract standard in UAE construction.Manage the project budget, tracking expenditures, variation orders, and cost forecasting to protect profit margins.Evaluate subcontractor commercial proposals, technical compliance, and monitor physical performance against contractual obligations.Formulate and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.Technical Coordination & Quality ControlReview and understand project contracts, BOQs, technical specifications, and architectural/structural drawings.Oversee shop drawing submittals, material approvals, and mock-ups to eliminate technical clashes.Implement strict QA/QC and HSE site practices in line with UAE Labour Law and company guidelines.Stakeholder Management & ApprovalsAct as the primary contact point for clients, asset developers, consultants, and internal executives.Chair weekly progress meetings and issue action-focused minutes to keep stakeholders aligned.Navigate permit submissions, site inspections, and final handover approvals with UAE local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defense).
