The company is currently under incorporation and positioned for continued expansion in the UAE real estate sector.Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Freelance Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, listing and marketing residential and commercial properties, and conducting property viewings with prospective clients. Real Estate Agents will provide clients with market insights, pricing guidance, and support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, including negotiation and documentation coordination. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an updated property portfolio, responding promptly to client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and adhering to local real estate regulations and company policies. The role also requires using digital tools and platforms for listings, communication, and basic reporting on sales activities and pipeline.Qualifications Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present property information clearly.Sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities, with a focus on achieving targets while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.Solid understanding of real estate market trends in Dubai and the wider UAE, including property valuation, investment fundamentals, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, such as online listing portals, CRM systems, email, and basic office software.Ability to work independently as a freelancer, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties concurrently.Previous experience in real estate, property brokerage, or related fields is highly beneficial.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in the UAE is an advantage.Valid UAE residency and, ideally, a UAE driving license to facilitate property visits and client meetings.Familiarity with investment concepts, wealth management, or Golden Visa-related property structures is a plus.
