Sales Associate & Gift WrapperDubai location onlySalary Range : 2,500AEDMain Objective:Responsible for greeting guests, assisting them with wrapping their gifts and completing the sale. Having excellent gift wrapping skills and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

· Ensure optimum customer service and client experience.· Greet customers and determine what their needs are.· Understand the client needs and suggest the best wrapping options, discussing the type, quality and number of wrappings with the client.· Cross sell and up-sell. · Skillfully gift wrap and arrange client gifts.· Listen and answer any of the customers concerns or queries in person or by phone.· Operate a cash register, sales/money transactions, opening/closing procedures.· Process exchanges and return products. · Have the capacity to learn the different types of wrapping styles unique to Maska.· Have up-to-date knowledge of the different products to make recommendations to clients and conduct sales.· Maintain a clean environment and attractive displays. · Do inventory counts in the shop and log any damaged goods.· Place orders and restock shelves as required.· Any other tasks allocated by the Store Manager. Summary of Skills:· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in retail. Preferred with gift wrapping experience.· Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. (No specified field.)· Organized, attention to detail and works well under pressure.· Proficient English language. Arabic is a plus.· Friendly and professional personality.· Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and mgmt.· Ability to accept directions and follow procedures. · Ability to perform arithmetic and count money/change quickly and accurately.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures.· Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude.
