Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate – Eyewear / Optical Retail to assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products while delivering an excellent in-store experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and related products.Support customers in selecting products based on prescription, lifestyle and preferences.Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information.Follow up on customer orders and provide timely updates.Support stock management and replenishment.Maintain product displays and overall store presentation.Educate customers on products, promotions and offers.Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.Support daily store operations and reporting.RequirementsGraduate preferred.Around 2 years of experience in eyewear, optical retail, or retail sales.Strong customer service and selling skills.Knowledge of frames, lenses, contact lenses or optical products is preferred.Target-oriented with good communication and influencing skills.Comfortable working in a retail environment and handling multiple customers.Basic knowledge of CRM, stock management and reporting.Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.Key SkillsRetail Sales, Eyewear Sales, Optical Retail, Customer Service, Upselling, Cross-Selling, Customer Engagement, Product Recommendation, Frame Selection, Lens Selection, CRM, Store Operations, Inventory Management, Sales Targets, AUPC, UPT, Conversion, Product Knowledge, Relationship Building.
