Job Description – Senior Officer, Sales PlanningAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Officer – Sales Planning to support demand forecasting, sales analysis, reporting, and planning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data to support business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly sales and demand forecasts.Analyze sales trends and identify differences between forecasts and actual sales.Prepare sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis.Maintain accurate planning data and product records.Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for forecasting.Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data and improve reporting processes.Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting procedures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Business Analysis.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
