Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: DubaiDuration: PermanentRequired Skills and Qualifications10–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow-related projects.Proven experience in ServiceNow project management, business analysis, or a combined PM/BA role.Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement life cycles.Experience managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, deployment, and go-live activities.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.If you like to proceed please provide me below details with your CV for client submission.Expected Pay Rate:Notice Period:Current location:Interview availability:
