The studio’s business is built around three complementary core pillars:Interior Design: Delivering design-led residential and commercial spaces from initial concept down to the final detail.Real Estate Development: Bridging creative design thinking with property expertise to optimize property value.NVF Private: Offering tailored lifestyle and property management serviceAbout the RoleSupport the development and delivery of NVF Lifestyle’s residential interior and architectural design projects from design concept through to implementation, working closely with the Lead Designer and wider Design team. Combine design development, 3D visualisation, architectural documentation and design coordination to ensure the approved design intent is accurately translated into drawings, visualisations and on-site execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & VisualisationDevelop design concepts and design intent in collaboration with the Lead Designer and wider Design team.Produce high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings and presentation materials.Translate concepts and design direction into accurate layouts, drawings and design documentation.Develop and refine architectural and interior details in line with the approved design intent.Support design reviews, presentations and project submissions.Joinery & Technical DocumentationDevelop design joinery and millwork intent drawings (wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, TV units, doors, panelling, etc.) in CAD, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams to ensure renderings and joinery drawings align with actual design intent and buildability.Apply corrections and design revisions promptly based on internal and client feedback.Maintain a library of materials, textures, furniture blocks, and joinery details for reuse across projects.Ensure renderings and drawings meet quality standards and project deadlines.Support production/site teams by clarifying joinery details during execution, if required.Site Design CoordinationAttend project sites as required to review implementation against the approved design intent.Identify discrepancies between drawings, design intent and site conditions, and support the coordination of appropriate design solutions.Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants on design-related matters under the direction of the Lead Designer or relevant project lead.Follow up on assigned design-related site actions and communicate relevant updates to the Design team.Required Skills3D Visualization: 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit (any combination) with V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion/EnscapePost-production: Photoshop for rendering enhancementCAD Drafting: AutoCAD (mandatory) for joinery and millwork working drawingsStrong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and composition for realistic rendersWorking knowledge of furniture ergonomics, joinery construction methods, and carpentry detailingAbility to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings and translate them into 3D and technical outputGood understanding of scale, proportions, and construction detailingPreferred / Additional Advantage: Fluency in Tagalog / Filipino is a significant advantage for this role.Pay range and compensation packageSalary - Above Market rate Benefits Bonus UK Family OfficeFits this specific job description: Candidates who combine high-end photorealistic rendering with detailed AutoCAD joinery/millwork shop drawings (wardrobes, kitchens, construction details) and on-site coordination.Experienced / Technical Visualiser (3–6+ years Exp): AED 8 - 12,000 / monthSenior / Lead Visualiser (6+ years Exp/ High-End Luxury Studios): AED 12-16,000+ / month
