We are not improving traditional financing — we are redefining how businesses access capital.The RoleWe're looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of Financial Solutions to build, launch, and scale our cross-border payments business.This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands international payment flows, banking infrastructure, FX, and the needs of businesses operating across borders.You'll take ownership of the business vertical end-to-end — from developing the strategy and building partnerships to launching the product, driving revenue, and scaling operations.We need someone who can build a business, not just manage one.What You’ll Do🔹 Own the Business: Develop and execute the cross-border payments strategy, including business model, go-to-market approach, commercial targets, and P&L.🔹 Build Banking & Payment Partnerships: Establish relationships with banks, payment service providers, FX and liquidity partners, and financial institutions across key markets.🔹 Develop the Product: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to design and launch competitive cross-border payment solutions.🔹 Drive Growth: Identify target customer segments, build distribution channels, acquire customers, and develop scalable revenue streams.🔹 Optimize Payment Infrastructure: Develop efficient payment corridors, improve settlement speed, manage FX economics, and optimize transaction costs.🔹 Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee payment processes, partner performance, compliance requirements, and operational risk management.What You Bring✅ 5+ years of experience in cross-border payments, international banking, FX, remittances, or B2B fintech.✅ Proven experience building, launching, or scaling payment products or business verticals.✅ Strong understanding of international payment infrastructure, correspondent banking, settlement mechanisms, and FX.✅ Established network of banking, PSP, and financial infrastructure partners, ideally across the GCC and international markets.✅ Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing revenue, unit economics, and P&L.✅ Good understanding of regulatory requirements, AML/KYB, and compliance frameworks for cross-border transactions.✅ Entrepreneurial, highly independent, analytical, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Comfi?🚀 Build from Zero: Take ownership of a new business vertical with significant growth potential.🌍 Real Impact: Shape the strategy, product, partnerships, and commercial success of the business.⭐ High Ownership: Work directly with the leadership team and influence key business decisions.📈 Regional Growth: Be part of a fast-scaling fintech expanding across the Middle East.
